Where we do make every effort to avoid cross contamination, we do prepare food that contains allergens such as Gluten and Nuts. On this basis, we cannot accept responsibility for any adverse effects due to allergens. If you are unsure, please check with us first before ordering.

All parcels are delivered by courier service to our customers. We mostly use DHL for Priority Delivery and Hermes for Standard Delivery.

We post out to the whole UK but due to Brexit, postage costs to Northern Ireland have unfortunately increased and we have had to pass this cost on to our customers.

Depending on which option you select for delivery, orders can take up to 5 weekdays to arrive under normal circumstances.

Special Delivery (£7.95) - Orders placed before 8pm will be collected the following working day and should be delivered the day after. ** This service is Free when you spend £60 or more.

Standard Delivery (£5.95) - Should take up to 5 weekdays to arrive. This service is Free when you spend £40 or more.

Northern Ireland (£7.95) – Standard Delivery Only. This service is Free when you spend £70 or more.

If you require your purchase to arrive quickly, we would recommend selecting Priority Delivery.

** Deliveries are Monday to Friday only. Orders placed before 8pm on a Thursday, should arrive on the following Monday, unless there is an issue with the courier.

We also offer a Saturday delivery service for £9.95, if you are unable to wait until Monday for your order. This is only available to select between 8pm on Wednesday and 8pm on Thursday.
